Before the Court is Plaintiffs Tinnus Enterprises, LLC, ZURU Ltd., ZURU Inc., ZURU UK Ltd., ZURU LLC, and ZURU PTY Ltd.’s (collectively “Plaintiffs”) Motion for Statutory Estoppel and Issue Preclusion. (Doc. No. 329.) Defendants Telebrands Corporation (“Telebrands”), Bulbhead.com, LLC (“Bulbhead”), and Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (“Bed Bath”) have field a response (Doc. No. 337), to which Plaintiffs have filed a reply (Doc. No. 340) , and Defendants have filed a sur -reply (Doc. No. 343) . Upon consideration, Plaintiffs’ Motion (Doc. No.
