ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE The Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge, which contains her findings, conclusions, and recommendation regarding Plaintiff’s Motion for Enhanced Damages and Attorney Fees (Doc.
