Before the Court is Defendants Hewlett-Packard Company’s and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company’s (“Defendants” or “HP”) Motion to Strike Certain Litigation Settlement Agreements. Doc. No. 681. The Court held a hearing on this Motion on June 19, 2017. The Motion is DENIED. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Network-1 Technologies, Inc. (“Network-1”) accuses Defendants1 of infringing U.S. Patent No. 6,218,930 (“the ‘930 Patent”).
