This Memorandum Opinion construes the disputed claim terms in U.S. Patent Nos. 7,796,116 (“the ‘116 Patent”), 7,852,317 (“the ‘317 Patent”), and 7,864,159 (“the ‘159 Patent”). BACKGROUND The Plaintiff ThinkOptics, Inc. (“ThinkOptics”) sued the following de fendants for infringement of the ‘116, ‘317, and ‘159 Patents: Nintendo of America, Inc.; Nintendo Co., Ltd.; Intec, Inc.; and Nyko Technologies, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”).
