Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment of Non- Infringement (Dkt. #259). Having considered the motion and the relevant pleadings, the Court finds that Defendants’ motion should be DENIED. BACKGROUND This is a patent infringement suit. On December 11, 2020, EntCo Interactive (Israel) Ltd, EntIT Software LLC, Entco Government Software LLC, Micro Focus (US) Inc., and Seattle SpinCo Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) filed their Motion for Summary Judgment of Non- Infringement (Dkt. #259). On December 28, 2020, Wapp Tech Corp.
