Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Opening Brief Opposing Enhancement of Damages (Dkt. #480). Having considered the briefing and totality of the circumstances, the Court declines to enhance damages. Defendants’ Motion is therefore GRANTED. BACKGROUND This is a patent infringement suit. On July 2, 2018, Plaintiffs Wapp Tech Corp. and Wapp Tech Limited Partnership (collectively, “Wapp”) sued Defendants EntCo Interactive (Israel) Ltd, EntIT Software LLC, Entco Government Software LLC, Micro Focus (US) Inc., and Seattle SpinCo Inc.
