Pending before the Court is Defendants‟ Motion to Dismiss Motio, Inc .‟s Complai nt pursuant to Fed. Civ. P. 12(b )(1) for Lack of Standing and Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction (Dkt. #156). After reviewing the relevant pleadings, the Court finds that the motion should be denied. BACKGROUND On October 10, 2012, Motio, Inc.
