Before the Court is Plaintiff Daingean Technologies LTD’s Motion for Leave to Amend Infringement Contentions (Dkt. No. 59). Also before the Court is a c ross-motion by Defendant T-Mobile USA, Inc., along with Intervenors Nokia of America Corporation and Ericsson, Inc., challenging the sufficiency of the proposed amendments pursuant to P.R. 3- 1(c) (Dkt.
