Before the Court is Defendant ASUSTek Computer, Inc.’s (“Defendant”) Motion to Stay Pending Resolution of Inter Partes Reviews (“IPR”) (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 30.) In the Motion, Defendant requests the Court “to stay this proceeding pending the resolution of the IPRs” filed against two of the three patents asserted in this case. (Id. at 8.)
