Before the Court is Nokia’s Motion to Strike and Exclude Portions of the Expert Report of Dr. Ricardo Valerdi (Dkt. No. 112.). After consideration, the Court GRANTS -IN-PART and DENIES-IN-PART the motion as provided below. I.
