Before the Court is Correct Transmission’s Motion for Leave to Supplement Opening Expert Report of Dr. Ricardo Valerdi (Dkt. No. 215.). For the reasons that follow , the motion is DENIED. I. BACKGROUND On October 22, 2023 the Court entered is Claim Construction Order. On December 15, 2023 Nokia provided non- infringement rebuttal reports.
