Before the Court is Defendant ecobee Technologies, ULC d/b/a ecobee ’s (“ecobee” or “Defendant”) Motion to Transfer Venue to the Western District of Texas (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 12). In the Motion, Defendant requests that the Court transfer the above -captioned case from this District (the “EDTX”) to the Western District of Texas (the “WDTX”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). Having considered the Motion, the relevant briefing, and the applicable law, the Court finds that the Motion should be and hereby is DENIED. I.
