Before the Court are two of Defendants’1 motions to strike (Dkt. Nos. 215, 224). 2 For the following reasons, the Motion to Exclude Dr. R. Sukumar’s Expert Report ( Dkt. No. 215) is DENIED, and the Motion to Strike Expert Opinions of Dr. R. Sukumar (Dkt. No. 224) is also DENIED.
