The Court held a hearing on December 16, 2022. (Dkt. No. 78). On June 30, 2021, Orange filed a Complaint , asserting infringement against Autel Intelligent Technology Corp., Ltd. ( “Autel”) of U.S. Patent No. 8,031,064 (the “’064 Patent”) .
