Before the Court is the Motion to Exclude Portions of Mr. Jim Bergman ’s Reasonable Royalty Calculation and Opinions Regarding Damages, filed by Defendant NetScout Systems, Inc., Dkt. No. 71. The Motion is DENIED. I. BACKGROUND On November 5, 2020, Plaintiff Longhorn HD, LLC. filed the present suit alleging that several of Defendant’s network security products infringe its patents . Dkt.
