Before the Court is Plaintiff U.S. Silica Company’s (“U.S. Silica”) Motion for Attorneys’ Fees (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 319). Having considered the briefing, case record, and relevant authorities, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be DENIED for the reasons set forth herein. I.
