Before the Court is Defendant Amberger Kaolinwerke Eduard Kick GmbH & Co. KG’s (“AKW”) Motion Under Rules 52(a) and 58 that the Asserted Patents are Unenforceable Due to Inequitable Conduct . (Dkt.
