Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of United States Automobile Association (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 81, filed on April 11, 2019),1 the response of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 84, filed on April 25, 2019), and Plaintiff’s Reply (Dkt. No. 85, filed on May 2, 2019).
