Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of United States Automobile Association (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 81, filed on April 11, 2019),1 the response of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 84, filed on April 25, 2019), and Plaintiff’s Reply (Dkt. No. 85, filed on May 2, 2019). The Court held a hearing on claim construction on May 23, 2019, after first providing the parties with a list of preliminary constructions of the disputed terms .
