Pending before the Court is Defendant Tagged, Inc.’ s Motion to Transfer Venue t o the Northern District of California Pursuant t o 28 U.S.C. § 1404( a). (Dkt. No. 32.) Tagged asserts that this case should be transferred to the Northern District of California. Plaintiff Emmanuel C. Gonzalez opposes the transfer. After considering all the evidence and weighing the factors the Court finds that Tagged has shown that transfer is warranted.
