Before the Court is the parties’ claim c onstruction briefing. The Court held a claim construction hearing on Septembe r 27, 2012. The Court has consider ed the parties’ arguments, the relevant portions of the record, and the ap plicable law. This Memorandum Opinion and Order addresses the parties’ various claim construction disputes.
