After considering the submissions and the arguments of counsel, the court issues the following order concerning the claim construction issues: I. Introduction In this case, plaintiff Convolve, Inc. contends that Defendants infringe claims 1 and 7-15 of1 U.S. Patent No. 6,314,473 (“the ‘473 patent”). The patent addresses noise associated with the operation of data storage devices and specifically addresses the seek noise of disk drive data storage devices.
