After considering the submissions and the arg uments of counse l, the Court i ssues the following order concerning the claim construction issues: I. Introduction and Background Plaintiff Golden Hour D ata Systems, Inc. (“Golden Hour”) accuses emsCharts, I nc. and Softtech, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) of infringing claims 1, 6-8, 10 and 12-22 of United States Patent No. 6,117,073 (“the ‘073 patent”). Claims 1, 10 and 15 are independent claims. Claims 1, 6-8, 10 and 12-14 are apparatus claims, whereas claims 15-22 are method claims.
