This claim construction opinion construes the disputed cl aim terms in U.S. Patent No. 7,770,122 ( “the ’122 Patent ”). Plaintiff Diem LLC (“Diem” or “Plaintiff” ) alleges that Defendant BigCommerce, Inc. (“BigCommerce” or “Defendant” ) infringes the ’122 Patent.
