Before the Court is Defendant NetApp, Inc. and SolidFire, LLC’s (collectively, “NetApp”) Motion to Strike Plaintiff Realtime Data , LLC’s (“Realtime”) Infringement Contentions and to Compel Compliance Under P.R. 3 -1.
