Before the Court is Defendants NetApp, Inc. (“NetApp”) and SolidFire, LLC’s (“SolidFire”) Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404 , or in the alternative, Sever and Transfer the Claims Against NetApp and SolidFire to the Northern District of California. (Doc. No . 54.) On page five of their Motion, NetApp and SolidFire indicate that “[i]n light of its contacts with California, Rackspace does not oppose this entire action being transferred to the Northern District of California. ” (Id.
