This Memorandum Opinion construes the disputed claim terms in United States Patent No. 7,218,923 (“the ’8923 Patent”) asserted in this suit by Plaintiff Cellular Communications Equipment LLC (“CCE”) against Defendants HTC Corporation, HTC America, Inc., ZTE Corporation, ZTE Solutions, Inc., and ZTE (USA), Inc.
