This claim construction order construes the disputed clai m terms of U.S. Patent No. 7,441,196. Plaintiff filed an opening brief (Doc. No. 120), Defendants filed a response (Doc. No. 124), and Plaint iff filed a reply (Doc. No. 127) .1 On June 20, 2013 , the Court held a claim construction hearing and heard argument. For the following reasons, the Court adopts the constructions set forth herein. A summary of the final constructions is included with this order as Attachment A. 1 References to docket numbers herein shall be to Case No.
