This claim construction opinion construes the disputed claim terms in U.S. Patent No. 6,760,728 (“the ‘728 patent”). Plaintiff SmartPhone Technologies, LLC (“SmartPhone”) alleges that Defendants1 infringe the ‘728 patent. 2 The parties have presen ted their claim construction positions (Doc. Nos. 224, 236 & 241). On May 31, 2012, the Court held a claim construction hearing. For the reasons stated herein, the Court adopts the constructions set forth below.
