Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Sino Star Global Ltd.’s Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. #20). Having considered the Motion and the relevant pleadings, the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED . BACKGROUND This is a patent case in which Plaintiff alleges that Defendant infringed U.S. Patent Nos. 7,304,635 (the “’635 Patent”) and 7,009,596 (the “’596 Patent”) (collectively, “the Asserted Patents”) (Dkt. #1 at ¶¶ 29, 42).
