Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Sino Star Global LTD.’s Motion for Leave to Effect Alternative Service on Shenzhen Haoqing Technology Co., Ltd. (Dkt. #7). Having considered the motion, the pleadings, and the applicable law, the Court finds that the motion should be GRANTED. BACKGROUND This case involves allegations of patent infringement. On November 18, 2022, Sino Star Global Ltd. (“Sino Star”) file d a complaint in which it accused Shenzhen Haoqing Technology Co. (“Haoqing”) of infringing two patents held by Sino Star (Dkt. #1).
