Pending before the Court are Plaintiff’s Motion for Clarification on Privilege Waiver (Dkt. #191) and Defendant’s Second Motion to Continue Certain Deadlines in the Scheduling Order (Dkt. #203). Having considered the motions and the relevant pleadings, the Court finds that Plaintiff’s Motion for Clarification on Privilege Waiver (Dkt.
