Pending before the Court is Defendant HP Inc.’s Motion to Transfer to the Northern District of California (Dkt. #19). Having considered the Motion and relevant pleadings, the Court finds the Motion should be DENIED. BACKGROUND This is a patent infringeme nt case filed in the Eastern District of Texas (“EDTX”). On April 20, 2020, KT Imaging USA, LLC (“KTI”) sued HP Inc. (“HP”) for infringing several patents relating to laptop cameras. KTI alleges that infringing image sensors were incorporated into HP laptop computers and sold throughout the country.
