Pending before the Court is Defendant HP Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #12). Having considered the motion and the relevant pleadings, the Court finds the Motion should be DENIED. BACKGROUND On April 20, 2020, Plaintiff KT Imaging USA, LLC (“KT Imaging”) sued Defendant HP Inc. (“HP”) (Dkt. #1). On July 2, HP filed its Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #12). On July 16, KT Imaging responded (Dkt. #16). On July 23, HP replied (Dkt. #17). On July 30, KT Imaging filed its Sur-Reply (Dkt. #18).
