Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s Mo tion to Disqualify United States District Court Judge (Dkt. #65). Havi ng considered the relevant pleadings, the Court finds Plaintiff’s Motion to Disqualify should be denied. BACKGROUND On November 7, 2014, the undersigned, th en serving as a Magistrate Judge assigned to this case, signed a Report a nd Recommendation recommending Ford Global Technologies, LLC’s (“Ford”) motion to transfer venue be granted. Automotive Body Parts Association (“ABPA”) timely se rved objections to the report on November 24, 2014.
