ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE On August 4, 2014, the United States Magi strate Judge issued its report and recommendation [Doc. #34], this matter having been referred to the United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636.
