Pending before the Court is Defendants Ir on Mountain Incorporat ed and Iron Mountain Information Management Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss for Misjoinder or, In the Alternative, to Sever and Transfer Claims to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (Dkt #116).1 Having considered the relevant pleadings, the Court is of the opinion that Defendants’ motion should be denied.
