GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR JUDGMENT AS A MATTER OF LAW Pending before the Court is Oasis’ Motion fo r Judgment as a Matter of Law Under Rule 50(b) and Alternative Request for a New Trial U nder Rule 59(a) (Dkt. #732).
