Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of Indefiniteness of Claim 1 of U.S. Patent No. 5,771,354, and its Asserted Dependent Claims (Dkt. #319). On January 18, the Court heard argument from the parties. For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ motion is denied. BACKGROUND This is a patent infringement suit. The patents-in-suit, U.S. Patent Nos.
