This order supercedes and replaces in its entirety the Court’s December 5, 2007 order (Dkt. 85). The Court has reviewed Freescale Semiconductor, Inc.'s Motion to Compel Discovery (Dkt. No. 68) and replies. While the Court believes a few matters needed to be reserved for the hearing, most matters have been disposed of without the necessity of a hearing.
