OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE Blue Pumpkin Software, Inc. (“Blue Pumpkin”) has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-infringement. IEX Corporation (“IEX”) has accused Blue Pumpkin of infringing United States Patent No. 6,044,355 (the “‘355 patent”).
