Before the Court is the Motion to Transfer Venue Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) filed by Defendants Volta Energy Solutions S.A.R.L., Volta Energy Solutions Europe KFT., Volta Energy Solution Hungary KFT., and Solus Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. Dkt. No. 33. Defendants seek to transfer this case to the Northern District of California, or in the alternative, to the Western District of Texas. 1 The Court addresses both alternative venues and finds that Defendants have failed to carry their burden to show that either is clearly more convenient.
