Before the Court is the Motion for a Protective Order filed by Defendants Aylo Holdings S.à.r.l., Aylo Freesites Ltd, Aylo Premium Ltd, and 9219- 1568 Quebec, Inc. Dkt. No. 74; Dkt. No. 93 (reply in support). Defendants request “a protective order to prevent [Plaintiff] from re - using consultants, who previously reviewed Defendants’ highly confidential technical documents and source code in another case.” Dkt. No. 74 at 1. Plaint iff WellcomeMat, LLC opposed the Motion with a response and supporting sur-reply brief. Dkt. Nos. 88, 98.
