Before the Court is the Motion to Strike Plaintiff ’s Antitrust Allegations (the “Motion”) filed by Defendants Genius Sports Ltd., Genius Sports Media Ltd., Genius Sports Technologies Ltd., Genius Sports UK Ltd., Genius Sports Group Ltd., Maven Topco Ltd., Maven Midco Ltd., Maven Debtco Ltd., and Maven Bidco Ltd. (collectively, “Genius”). (Dkt. No. 158). In the Motion, Genius moves pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(f) and 15(a) to strike certain paragraphs in Plaintiff SportsCastr, Inc.
