Before the Court is Defendants Sportradar Group AG (“Sportradar Group”) and Sportradar AG’s (“Sportradar AG” ) (collectively, the “Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss , and, in the Alternative, to Transfer (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 27.) In their Motion, Defendants move this Court to dismiss Plaintiff Sportcastr, Inc.’s (d/b/a PANDA Interactive) (“PANDA”) Amended Complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2), or, in the alternative, to transfer to the District of Delaware under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
