Before the Court is Defendant Mankind Pharma Limited’s Motion to Transfer Venue under 28 U.S.C. §1404(a). ( 2:22-cv-399 Dkt. No. 28 .) After consideration, the Court concludes that Mankind has not met its burden of showing that the District of Delaware would be a clearly more convenient venue than this forum. Accordingly, the Court DENIES Mankind’s Motion to Transfer. I.
