Before the Court is Defendant OmniVision Technologies, Inc.’s (“OmniVision”) Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint for Failure to State a Claim (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 34.) In the Motion, OmniVision moves to dismiss Greenthread LLC’s (“Gr eenthread”) Complaint (Dkt.
