Before the Court is Defendant s Chrome Full Arch Guided Systems and Roe Dental Laboratory, Inc.’s (collectively, “Defendants” or “ROE”) Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(3) for Improper Venue (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 7.) In the alternative, Defendants move to transfer this case to the Northern District of Ohio pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406. Having considered the Motion, the related briefing, and the relevant authorities, the Court concludes that the Motion should be DENIED. I.
