Defendants Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon.com Services LLC (collectively “Amazon”) previously filed a Motion to Dismiss or in the Alternative Transfer to the Western District of Washington. Docket. No. 17. The motion was briefed ( Docket Nos. 97, 100) after the parties conducted venue discovery and addressed issues related to the motion at a hearing before Magistrate Judge Payne (see Docket No. 67) . Magistrate Judge Payne entered a Report and Recommendation (“R&R”), recommending denial of Amazon’s motion. Docket No. 101 Amazon has now filed Objections.
