Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss or in the Alternative Transfer to the Western District of Washington filed by Defendants Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon.com Services LLC . Dkt. No. 17. For the reasons below, the Motion should be DENIED. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiff LightGuide filed its Complaint on November 7, 2022, alleging patent infringement of U.S Patent Nos. 7,515,981, 9,658,614, and 10,528,036. Venue was alleged to be proper based on an Amazon Fulfillment Center located in Denton Count y (“FTW3/FTW4”).
