Before the Court is Smart Path1’s Motion for Leave to Supplement Opening Expert Report of Dr. Ricardo Valerdi (Dkt. No. 195.). For the reasons that follow, the motion is DENIED. I. BACKGROUND On October 31, 2023, the Court entered its C laim Construction Order. (Dkt. No. 92.) In November, the parties exchanged both opening and rebuttal expert reports. On December 5, 2023, Judge Gilstrap overruled Nokia’s objections to the claim construction order. (Dkt. No.
